Is the subscription box different every month?

Yes each month we curate a completely different offering of relaxation and self care products to treat our subscribers.

I'm getting married. Do you make gifts for Bridesmaids and Guests?

Yes we can create a custom order for you based on your colours, theme and budget.  Send us an email and we will work with you directly.

Is it possible to order the products in the Stresscases individually?

We can ship individual items however shipping costs become an issue.  That's why the curated box is the best value for you.  We can customize your box to contain multiples of the items that you prefer. 

What types of items are in a Stresscase subscription?

Each month we curate a different collection of self care products based on a theme.   The range of possibilities includes spa and relaxation products, paper products, jewellery, teas and delicious treats. Can I pause my subscription?

Yes you can pause your subscription at any time by logging into your account or by sending an email to us via the contact page (hello "at" stresscase.ca)

I'm planning an event. Do you offer discounts on large quantities?

Yes we do.  We would love to work with you to create customized Stresscases for your event that fits within your budget.  Send us an email to get started.  

This is a gift for a friend. How can I personalize this for them?

Let us know your personal message and we will include it as a printed message on the inside of the label.

Can I send a Stresscase anonymously?

We receive the request to send anonymous gifts quite often.  Anonymous gifting is possible however, we want everyone to feel safe and comfortable when recieving a package in the mail.  So if the recipient does inquire, we are obliged to inform them of the sender's identity.  

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel or pause your subscription through your personal account settings, or through the contact page.  Please let us know the date by which when you would like your cancellation or pause to be effective.

How can I customize my Stresscase?

To request a customization, send an email through the contact page or in the "notes" section of your order requesting the customization.  

We offer personal printed messages that appear on the inside label of the Stresscase so the the recipient sees it when they open the box.  We also can include a photograph on the inside label.

Can I switch a product for another in the box?

This is usually possible to do.  For example you may prefer a votive candle to a lavender sachet.  Send us an email through the contact page and we will make that happen for you.

How do I include my personal message?

Let us know you have a personal message within the notes from buyer on the order page.  You can also send us an email through the contact page or at hello "at" stresscase.ca  We also invite you to send us a photograph if you would like one included in the inside label of the box.

Can I substitute items for different products than what is listed?

Yes in most cases this is possible to do assuming we have the item you wish to substitute in stock.

Can I include a photo in my gift box?

You can email us and arrange to have a photo included on the inside label of the box.

How is the message included?

We print your personal message on the inside label of the box.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes we do offer gift wrapping upon request.  Please include this request in your notes from buyer or via email through the contact page.

I have some allergies.  How do I know that your products won't cause an allergic reaction?

All of our products include a list of ingredients on the label.  If you are concerned about a specific ingredient, feel free to send us an email.  Generally, most of our Stresscases include essential oils and in many cases bee products.  We are careful to avoid synthetic fragrances in our products.

I am pregnant.  Are your products safe for me?

While even Moms need time to themselves, we cannot guarantee that all the products are safe for pregnant or nursing mothers. If you are pregnant or nursing, it is always recommended that you consult a physician before using products such as aromatherapy, essential oils or herbal teas, and that includes those products in Stresscase.

How big is the package?

The package varies depending on the size of the items we are shipping. Stresscase makes an effort to reduce waste and protect the environment by reducing our packaging and plastics whenever possible.  Most of the boxes we ship Stresscase in are 4 inches by 3 inches by 6 inches.  These are small enough to fit into most mail boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Stresscase ships anywhere in the world.  Most of our products ship for free to the United States and at a highly discounted rate in Canada.  Other parts of the world are required to pay shipping.
